Course Overview

Duration: 2-hour sessions a 1-hour pre-learning module

Delivery format: Online on the dates listed at the bottom of the page, or in your place of work at a time and date that suits you.

Audience: Directors, managers, supervisors, team leaders and HR professionals within SMEs.

Funding requirements: Due to this course being funded by the Health and Wellbeing Fund we can only accept attendees who are from an SME. An SME is any organisation, including charities, that has fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of less than 50 million or a balance sheet total less than 43 million.

Why should I attend this course?

This course is aimed at those who manage others and aims to provide delegates with the knowledge to support their employees as they navigate the menopause journey.

By attending this workshop, you can increase your confidence in providing support, discussing the menopause appropriately and sensitively, and discovering how to make the workplace a more welcoming place for those who are experiencing symptoms related to the menopause.
