Menopause in the Workplace

Workplace Menopause Sessions

Our workplace Menopause Awareness Sessions enable us to provide FREE training to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) across Greater Manchester, that have less than 250 employees and a turnover of less than £50 million who may not have the funding to access such training.

The sessions are open to anyone who would like to learn more about how to support colleagues and open the conversation in order to remove the stigma of menopause in the workplace.

For those managing others

This free course is aimed at equipping managers, supervisors and HR professionals in SMEs to support employees in the workplace throughout their menopause journey.

For all staff, volunteers or placement workers in Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SME)

This essential and free course will give participants the information and knowledge they need to support people in this important, transitional life stage.
