Course overview

Duration: 90 minutes

Delivery format: Online on the dates listed at the bottom of the page, or in your place of work at a time and date that suits you.

Audience: Employees, volunteers or placement workers within SMEs.

Funding requirements: This course is completely free to attend, however due to being funded by the Health and Wellbeing Fund we can only accept attendees who are from an SME. Why should I attend this course?

Menopause affects everyone; the people going through it, their colleagues, friends and families. This free, essential course will give participants the information and knowledge they need to navigate or support people in this important, transitional life stage.

What's covered in the course?

  • The effect of falling hormones and the range of symptoms that they can cause
  •  When it happens, how long it can last
  •  What can help
  •  How you can support a friend or colleague
  •  The positives!

Following attendance, you will receive an E-Resource pack full of information and links to further support.
